Saidaltaf Patel is a practicing lawyer in the areas of immigration and criminal defense.

Before immigrating to Canada, Saidaltaf Patel was a criminal defense lawyer in India. After his immigration, Saidaltaf joined the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) to help immigrants have a seamless experience by overseeing their journey into Canada. He worked as an immigration lawyer for several years while pursuing his passion for the law and completing his equivalency as a lawyer in Ontario. Being an immigrant to this country himself, Saidaltaf identified his purpose: to help eliminate any barriers for new immigrants wanting to enter Canada.

In 2007, Saidaltaf was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada and he started the partnership firm Patel & Chhina LLP.

In 2010, Saidaltaf combined his passion and purpose in order to start his own legal firm, SP Law Office. Since then, Saidaltaf has grown into a thriving practice with a team of dedicated individuals committed to serving clients and strategizing a solution tailored to the client’s unique situation. As a certified immigration specialist recognized by the Law Society of Ontario, Saidaltaf Patel has successfully helped many families across Scarborough and the Greater Toronto Area.
